Only conger eel grown in Tsushima, Nagasaki Prefecture is used.Conger eel is so famous that many shops say, "When you think of conger eel, you think of Tsushima."We will prepare the famous conger eel at the shop and serve it boiled.Depending on the season and fat condition, it is also possible to have it grilled white.
